Mashed Poetics is once again lucky enough to be participating at the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word. We will be performing the Tragically Hip album, “Up to Here.” This of course features the classic killer track “New Orleans is Sinking” and many more. The show will take place on Tuesday October 14th at HQ in Victoria which is located at 1501 Douglas Street. The show will take place from 11pm to 1am. At this point we are still lining up performers but poets who have indicated they want to be involved include Liam Coady from Edmonton, Steve Locke out of Winnipeg and Ottawa’s Rusty Priske.
